Delete your account

You can start account deletion directly inside 16 Hub.

Delete in the app

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open More → Profile → Settings.
3. Select Delete Account, review the warning and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@clubsixteen.com.np from the address used for the account. Include “16 Hub account deletion” in the subject. We may ask for limited information to verify account ownership; never send a password or payment details.

What happens

Access to the account is removed. Personal profile data and service records are deleted or anonymised as applicable. Limited transaction or security records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
