Terms of Service

By creating an account or using 16 Hub, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure and do not allow another person to misuse your membership or vouchers. We may restrict an account to prevent abuse, fraud or harm.

Venue admission and requests

Each venue sets its own opening hours, admission rules, availability and service policies. A request, enquiry or concierge message is not a confirmed reservation unless the venue confirms it directly. Hotel Lumen stays are handled by direct enquiry and personal confirmation.

16 Pass

Points and rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and may be corrected when a transaction is cancelled, duplicated or fraudulent. Offers can be venue-specific, subject to availability and time-limited. Staff verification is required to complete a voucher redemption.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the app, attempt to access another account, manipulate QR codes or points, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person or abuse venue staff. We may suspend access for violations.

Club photo submissions

You may submit only a photo that you took or are authorised to share, and you must have permission from every identifiable person shown. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, harassing or privacy-invasive content.

You retain ownership of your photo. By confirming the consent checkbox and submitting it, you give Club 16 a non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable permission to store, moderate, resize and display an approved photo on an operator-controlled Club 16 venue screen. This permission is limited to operating the Club photo feature. Club 16 may reject or remove any submission.

To withdraw this permission, email info@clubsixteen.com.np with the subject “Club photo removal”. After we verify the request, we will stop future display and remove the photo, except for limited records that must be kept for security or legal obligations.

Availability and changes

We work to keep 16 Hub accurate and available, but services can change or be interrupted. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
