Where do I download the app?

Download 16 Hub for iPhone on the App Store or for Android on Google Play. You can also use 16 Hub on the web.

How do I earn 16 Pass points?

Open Pass and show your member QR to authorised staff after an eligible purchase. Staff enter the eligible bill amount and your points update automatically.

How do I redeem a reward?

Open Rewards, choose an available offer and show the active voucher to staff at the participating venue before it expires.

Which places are open now?

Club 16, Fresh Elements, Dear Breakfast and Hotel Lumen are active. 16 Fitness and Meraki Luxury Spa are coming soon.

Does the app take food or room orders?

Not yet. Menus are for browsing. Restaurant requests and Hotel Lumen stays are confirmed directly by the venue.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or follow the public deletion instructions linked below.
